Our Commitment to Confidentiality

Sofia Fields treats all client manuscripts, data files, reviewer comments, reports, and communications as strictly confidential. We understand that unpublished research is sensitive intellectual property and handle it accordingly.

Who Has Access

Manuscript files are shared only with the team members directly working on your project. No file is shared outside the working team without your explicit permission.

Third Parties

We do not share your files, data, or personal information with third parties except where necessary to deliver the agreed service — for example, using a secure file transfer tool. Any such tools are selected for their privacy and security standards.

Storage and Deletion

Files are stored securely during the project period. Upon completion, files are archived securely or deleted according to our data retention guidelines. We do not use client manuscripts for training, research, or demonstration purposes.

No Public Disclosure

We will never publish, reference, quote, or discuss any client manuscript, its content, or its authorship without explicit written permission from the client.

Confidentiality of Reviews

Reviewer comments, editorial correspondence, and submission details shared with Sofia Fields for revision or response services are treated with the same level of confidentiality as manuscript files.
