Refund Policy

General Policy

Refunds depend on the stage of the project at the time of the request. Once work has begun, partial or full refunds may not be available depending on the amount of work completed.

Before Work Begins

If a refund is requested before any work has started, a full refund will be issued, less any payment processing fees.

After Work Has Started

Once editing or production work has begun, refunds will be assessed based on the proportion of work completed. Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Sofia Fields.

Completed Services

Completed services are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a completed service, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include additional revisions within the agreed scope.

Urgent and Express Services

Urgent and express delivery services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation.
