Terms of Service

Service Agreement

Services are provided based on an agreed scope, timeline, and payment confirmed before work begins. Sofia Fields will not begin any work until the scope and price have been agreed with the client.

No Guarantee of Acceptance

Sofia Fields does not guarantee journal acceptance, indexing, publication, reviewer decisions, or research validity. Our services improve the quality, clarity, and presentation of manuscripts, but editorial decisions rest entirely with the target journal.

Payment

Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Invoices are available for institutions.

Revisions

Revisions are included according to the agreed package tier. The Language Editing Only tier does not include revisions. Standard, Advanced, and Complete packages include revisions as specified at the time of agreement.

Confidentiality

All client files, communications, and manuscript content are treated as confidential and are not shared outside the working team.

Ethical Use

Clients must provide accurate information about their manuscripts and must not request services that involve data fabrication, plagiarism concealment, fake authorship, or any form of research misconduct. Sofia Fields reserves the right to decline or terminate any project that violates these principles.

Limitation of Liability

Sofia Fields is not liable for journal decisions, publication delays, or outcomes beyond the scope of the agreed service.
