Sofia Fields is committed to supporting honest, transparent, and ethical publication practices. All editorial services are provided within the boundaries of accepted academic and publishing standards.

What We Support

We support language editing, developmental editing, similarity report review, journal formatting, cover letter preparation, response to reviewers, and manuscript preparation — all provided ethically and within the scope agreed with the client.

Similarity and Originality

We help authors improve text that has been flagged for similarity or originality concerns through proper rewriting, paraphrasing, citation placement, and restructuring. This service is provided to improve the quality and clarity of the manuscript, not to conceal plagiarism.

What We Do Not Support

Sofia Fields does not support plagiarism concealment, data fabrication, image manipulation, fake authorship, ghost authorship without disclosure, peer-review manipulation, or any other form of research misconduct or dishonest submission practice.

Author Responsibility

The scientific content, data, conclusions, and authorship of any manuscript remain the full responsibility of the authors. Sofia Fields provides editorial support only and does not assume responsibility for the scientific validity of any work.

Reporting Concerns

If Sofia Fields identifies clear evidence of research misconduct during the course of a project, we reserve the right to decline further work on that project.
